This Privacy Policy explains how the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission (KPRTS) Complaint Management App collects, uses, stores, and deletes personal information. We collect only the information necessary to receive, verify, process, and resolve complaints submitted by citizens.

We do not collect unnecessary personal data or track users for analytics beyond essential service delivery.

We use the information only to:

  • Receive and verify complaints
  • Assign and follow up with the correct department team
  • Contact you about the status of your complaint (if you provide contact details)
  • Store uploaded evidence necessary to investigate and resolve the issue

3. How We Store and Protect Data

We store complaint data on secure servers managed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission (KPRTS) or its authorized service providers. Access is restricted to authorized staff who require the data to process complaints.

We use standard security measures (access controls, encrypted transport, and regular backups). However, no system is 100% secure — if you have concerns about a specific data item, contact us (details below).

4. Data Retention

We retain complaint data only as long as necessary to investigate, resolve, and report on the complaint, and as required by applicable law or departmental policy. When data is no longer needed it will be deleted or anonymized.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

Complaint details may be shared internally between relevant department units and with authorized contractors who assist in resolving the complaint. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

  • Access — You may request a copy of your complaint data.
  • Correction — You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see options below).

7. Children’s Privacy

This application is intended for adults only and is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. How to Request Data Deletion or Other Actions

If you want us to delete your account and all associated data, you may choose one of the options below. Please include your full name, the email or phone number used with the complaint (if applicable), and a brief note confirming the request.

If you are a verified user and request deletion, we will process the request and inform you of completion. Some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form for reporting/audit purposes as required by law.
